Mr. Run & Jump is a 2D platforming title where the titular protagonist and Leap the Dog gather Power Gems and explore color-coded, obstacle-laden areas of the Realms of Color. Uniquely designed and enriched with eye-popping neon colors, each area is a feast for the eyes. However, some players may not like the game’s neon aesthetic. 

Kombinera, on the other hand, takes players on a quest to conquer hundreds of mind-boggling levels with increasing difficulty. The gameplay revolves around the simultaneous control of multiple different-colored spheres, merging them into a single ball to beat a level. Combining this with the obstacles and environmental hazards in each stage, this title is the ultimate test of patience, persistence, and wits.

Unlike Mr. Run and Jump’s electrifying neon colors, Kombinera’s neon palette is more toned down and easy on the eyes. From the premise and gameplay alone, both titles are challenging in their own right. For example, the former has tight controls and requires precise timing, whereas the latter requires a degree of outside-the-box thinking. Hence, this bundle is not recommended for beginners and newbies to the platforming genre.
